OUR MISSION AND VISION
Assist schools and their school health services teams to build and maintain currency in clinical competence and optimize the processes needed to provide high-quality school health care. Our vision is that each school nurse has the resources, time and support needed to provide the best care for every student every day.
OUR APPROACH
Starting where you are and building on what you already have in place - we help schools and school nurses reduce risk, and increase productivity. As a NYS certified WBE, we can help organizations meet required M/WBE participation minimums associated with NYS grants and contracts.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Twenty-eight years of experience in helping optimize school nursing services - enabling students, families, and school staff to communicate, collaborate and coordinate healthcare and learning. This allows nurses and school leaders to spend less time on their processes, and more time and energy on their people.

Linda Khalil, MSEd., BSN, RN, SNT, School Health Consultant
My work as a certified school nurse-teacher, as well as Director of the New York State Center for School Health (NYSCSH) and National School Nurse Consultant for NYS, made it clear to me that there was a need for direct, dedicated, and individualized support services to help school districts and school nurses achieve their goals of providing optimum health services for students and families. Upon my retirement as Director of the NYSCSH in 2021, I created a consulting service to provide that support. My passion is helping school nurses provide high-quality school nursing services while reducing personal and district risk, increasing efficiency, and advocating for themselves and others.
